Everything you log stays on your phone. We don't have a server. We don't track you. We don't share. When you delete the app, the data goes with it.
Everything you log inside the app: name, due date, weight, blood pressure, blood sugar, sleep, water, mood, symptoms, kick counts, contraction logs, appointments, vitamins, hospital bag items, and bump photos.
That's it. We don't ask for your phone number, social security number, location, or contacts.
All of this stays on your phone. It's stored in a private database called Hive, in TrackBump's sandboxed app folder. No data is uploaded to our servers — because we don't have servers.
We don't sell your data. We don't track you across other apps. We don't share information with advertisers. We don't have analytics that watch what you tap. We don't even know you're using the app.
When you tap Export health summary (PDF) or Export bump journal (PDF), the file is generated on your device and handed to the iOS share sheet. You decide whether to email it, AirDrop it, save it to Files, or print it.
Everything is deleted with it. There is no backup we can restore, because we don't have a copy. If you want to start over without uninstalling, Profile → Clear all my data does the same thing.
TrackBump is a tracker, not a medical device. It does not replace prenatal care. Always discuss symptoms, medications, and concerns with your doctor or midwife. If you experience emergency symptoms — severe pain, heavy bleeding, sudden swelling, blurred vision, or significantly reduced baby movement — contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.
If we ever change how data is handled, we'll update this page and note the change at the top. Significant changes will get a heads-up inside the app.
Questions, concerns, or a request to clarify something? Use Profile → Contact support inside the app and we'll reply.
