DayFlow (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a personal day-planning app developed and published by Suhail Mullapullikattil (an individual developer). This policy explains what information the app handles and how. Contact: mksuhail05@gmail.com.
The following is created by you and saved locally on your device. It is never uploaded to us:
If you delete the app, this data is removed from your device. You can also create a manual JSON backup file from Settings; that file is written to your device’s app storage and is under your control.
If you choose to connect Apple Health, DayFlow reads the following only with your explicit permission: step count, sleep, and workout summaries. This data is read on your device to display your wellness information inside the app.
DayFlow may display banner ads served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect and process certain information such as a device advertising identifier, IP address, and general ad-interaction data. This processing is carried out by Google, not by us. For details, see:
On iOS, DayFlow will ask for your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt before any tracking-based (personalized) advertising is used. If you decline, you will still see ads, but they will be non-personalized. Purchasing the app’s Pro upgrade removes ads.
DayFlow uses local notifications (task reminders and optional daily planning nudges) scheduled on your device. They are not sent through any server and involve no collection of your data.
DayFlow is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Advertising, where shown, is provided by Google AdMob subject to its own policies.
Because your planning data lives only on your device, you control it entirely. To delete all of it, uninstall the app. Advertising data handled by Google is retained and deleted according to Google’s own policies, linked above.
Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or California CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data. Since we do not hold your planning data on any server, you can exercise most of these rights directly on your device. For questions about advertising data, please refer to Google’s policy, or contact us and we will help where we can.
The app runs on your device wherever you are. Any ad-related processing by Google may involve transfer and processing in other countries under Google’s policies.
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the revised policy.
